Gina is an advancement consultant for St. Junipero Serra Catholic School. She has led long-term fundraising, including Annual Fund, Tuition Assistance, Planned Giving and Memorial/Tribute funds and as well as a $30 million capital campaign. Gina served on Supreme Council for 10 years in various roles and also served as NPC delegate, chairman of the Panhellenic relations committee and co-chair of the nominating and elections process task force. Gina and her husband, Kevin, live in Cloverdale, Calif. They have two adult daughters, Samantha and Jordyn.
Jennifer Wilson, Director

Jennifer is the founder and principal of a boutique interior design firm focused in residential and hospitality design. She is an active alumna of Linfield College, for which she serves as a member of the President’s Circle Leadership Team. Jennifer’s professional career includes 12 years of experience leading human resources, communications, transition management and merchandising programs and teams for NIKE, Inc. She previously served the Fraternity as a Supreme Council director, bylaws committee chairman and recruitment advisor. Jennifer lives in Boston, Mass., with her husband, Jon.

Michelle serves as the executive director of Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc. She has led the day-to-day operations of the Fraternity for more than 15 years. She has served on Phi Sigma Sigma's staff for more than 25 years, including serving as the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation executive director. Michelle serves in several leadership capacities in the interfraternal community, including as the secretary/treasurer of the Fraternity Executives Association and as a past president of the National Panhellenic Conference Executive Directors Association. Michelle and her husband, Paul, live in Dundalk, Md.
Katie Vlietstra Wonnenberg, Ex Officio Member

Katie is the vice president for government relations and public affairs for the National Association for the Self-Employed. She leads the organization's lobbying and media efforts in Washington, D.C. She is a past president of Women in Government Relations, D.C.’s largest networking organization for women in the public policy space. Katie currently serves Phi Sigma Sigma as grand archon. She previously served the Fraternity as grand vice archon, community archon, chapter key advisor and volunteer training committee chairman. Katie lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, David.
Amanda Uliano, Foundation Counsel

Amanda manages her own law practice, where she provides advice to clients on various business legal matters and represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and community association matters. Amanda dedicates much of her time to serving her community through service on outreach committees and non-profit boards. She has previously served the Fraternity on its Legal Advisory Board. Amanda lives in Tampa Bay, Fla.
